This paper discusses the seven main Chakras and their characteristics.
Chakras are centers of energies in the body which spin and circulate the flow of energy existing in each one, affecting our mental, physical and spiritual state and its directly connected to our well-being, also our status quo.
There are seven main chakras aligned along the spine, from the base to the top of the head. It is very important to know that each Chakra has its own specific power and use, and all of them have a chained connection and cooperation with each other.
They are listed as :
First: The Root Chakra (Muladhara) – Located at the base of the spine, associated with survival, security, and grounding.
Second : The Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) – Located in the lower abdomen, linked to polularity, emotions, and sexuality.
Third : The Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) – Located above the navel, associated with personal power, confidence, and self-esteem and wealth.
Fourth: The Heart Chakra (Anahata) – Located at the center of the chest, related to love, compassion, and emotional balance.
Fifth : The Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) – Located at the throat, governing communication, self-expression, creativity and truth.
Sixth : The Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) – Located between the eyebrows, connected to intuition, wisdom, and insight.
Seventh : The Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) – Located at the top of the head, representing spiritual connection and enlightenment.
